Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your product needs to be returned or exchanged. Please follow our simple Return/Exchange instructions so we can tend to your request as efficiently as possible.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:

   •     If the item is faulty or is of unacceptable quality

   •     If the item differs significantly from the item description or does not fit the purpose it was specified for

   •     If the item does not match the sample or demonstration model which was viewed in store

Please note refunds/exchanges are not given simply for change of mind however please contact The Outback Prospector and our staff will endeavour to help you in any way they can.

Any application for a return/exchange must be made within within terms noted on specific product description.

Instructions for Returns/Exchange

   1     Please login to your account. 

   2     Click Completed Orders

   3     Find the order you would like the refund on and hit the 'Return Item(s) button

   4     Fill in the Form and submit it.

   5     You will then be contact by a staff member to organise your refund.

Cancelling a Transaction

If you need to cancel a transaction you will need to contact The Outback Prospector ASAP on 07 4983 3856. Once orders have been processed and shipped they are unable to be cancelled.
