Please note that timber harvesting in 4 Mile General Permission Area will recommence on the 9th of February 2018. 4 Mile General Permission Area (Blair Athol State Forest) will remain open until this date. Post this closure this fossicking area is planned to be reopened permanently before Easter 2018 in time for the peak tourism and fossicking season.
Please assist us by:
- checking the status of the GPA's before heading out fossicking,
- complying with any signage in the Fossicking Areas,
